Anesthesia Sheet

A calm sheet for the noisiest room.

Auto-charted vitals every five minutes. Drugs, fluids, and events on a single timeline. MAC math kept honest in the background. The medico-legal record writes itself while your team takes care of the patient.

  • Q5 minVitals charted automatically from the monitor
  • 1 sheetFrom induction through discharge
  • MACTracked and trended in real time
  • PDFAudit-ready, signed, exportable
From pre-op to discharge

One sheet, four phases.

Bittsi follows the case the way your team does, pre-op planning, induction, maintenance, and recovery, without ever asking you to start a new document.

Pre-anesthetic

ASA score, fasting, baseline vitals, weight, consent. The plan flows directly from the chart.

  • ASA I–V classification
  • Drug protocol from template
  • Owner consent on file

Induction

Pre-meds, induction agent, intubation. Time-zero anchors the entire sheet.

  • One-tap drug entry
  • ETT size + cuff pressure
  • Auto-start vitals capture

Maintenance

Vitals every 5 min, MAC tracked, fluids and CRIs running on the timeline.

  • Auto-charted from monitor
  • Vaporizer + flow logged
  • Event annotations inline

Recovery

Extubation, sternal recumbency, pain score, discharge readiness.

  • Recovery checklist
  • Vitals at clinic-defined intervals
  • Signed PDF to chart
Built for the surgery floor

The details that actually matter at 11am on a Tuesday.

Designed with anesthesia techs and boarded anesthesiologists. Every choice we made starts with: does this make the case safer, calmer, or both?

Events and annotations

Annotate the moment, not the memory.

Tap the chart at any vital to attach a note, a drug, or an event. Everything is timestamped, attributed, and signed, so the record matches what actually happened, in the order it happened.

  • Inline notes. "Hypotension responded to fluid bolus" attached to the exact 10:48 vitals reading.
  • Critical events. Apnea, bradycardia, hypotension auto-flagged with continuous capture into the record.
  • Attribution. Every entry tagged with the user who made it, anesthetist, surgeon, tech.
  • Continuous timeline. Through CPR, recovery, and discharge, one unbroken record.

Recovery

A handoff, not a guess.

The case isn't over when the vapor goes off. Bittsi keeps charting through extubation, recumbency, and the long quiet hour while the patient warms back up, with discharge readiness criteria your protocol defines.

  • Structured checklist tied to your protocol
  • Vitals at your defined recovery interval
  • Pain scoring (CSU, Glasgow, custom)
  • Discharge readiness gate before client release
Medico-legal and safety

A record that holds up.

Built to standards, AAHA, ACVAA, your state board. Every entry signed, timestamped, and immutable once the case closes.

  • Audit-ready PDF

Plan, ASA, vitals chart, drug ledger, signatures, recovery, one document, board-complaint-ready.

  • Attribution on every entry

Drugs, vitals, events tagged with the user who entered them, and the time, to the second.

  • Immutable after close

Once the case is signed off, edits become amendments, visible, attributed, never silent.

  • Crash-cart ready

Pre-calculated emergency doses, CPR timer, ROSC tracking, without breaking the case timeline.

FAQ

What anesthetists ask first.

Practical answers from the team. If something's missing, our anesthesia lead will get on a call.

Yes. Bittsi connects to most multi-parameter monitors (Mindray, Edan, Bionet, SunTech) over network or serial bridge, auto-charting HR, RR, SpO₂, EtCO₂, NIBP, and temperature at 5-minute intervals. Manual entry is always available as a fallback for portable or older units.

A 30-minute walkthrough on your protocol.

Bring your standard OVH or dental protocol. Our anesthesia lead will run it on the sheet end-to-end, pre-op through discharge, so you can see exactly how it fits your floor.
